THE CARE AND PROTECTION OF CATS AND DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WHO ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF THEIR SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, NEGLECT OR POOR CIRCUMSTANCES IN PARTICULAR BY SHELTERING, TENDING AND CARING FOR AND TRAINING THEM TO LIVE AS DOMESTIC ANIMALS AND TO FIND CARING HOMES FOR THEM.
