FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING IN SUCH MANNER AS (THE TRUSTEE) SHALL THINK FIT A SCHOLARSHIP OF FUND FOR THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THIS TERM EDUCATION OF A TECHNICAL OF SPECIALISED NATURE) OF SOME YOUNG PERSON OR PERSONS LIVING IN COSTA RICA OF WHATEVER NATIONALITY RACE OR CREED.
