Charitable objects
TO APPLY INCOME OR CAPITAL FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY ONE OR MORE QUALIFIED CHARITY DEFINED AS ANY PURPOSE BODY ORGANISATION OR OBJECT IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD WHICH UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND SHALL BE RECOGNISED AS EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PROVIDED THAT NO "EXCLUDED PERSON" SHALL BE CAPABLE OF BECOMING A QUALIFIED CHARITY OTHERWISE THAN AS A TRUSTEE FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
