(I) TO PROMOTE THE IMPROVEMENT IN THE BREEDING AND REARING OF LIVESTOCK, HORTICULTURE AND AGRICULTURE IN PARTICULAR BY HOLDING AN ANNUAL AGRICULTURAL SHOW. (II) TO PROMOTE THE IMPROVEMENT OF AYLSHAM RECREATION GROUND; AND (III) TO ADVANCE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR INSTITUTIONS AS THE COMPANY SHALL DECIDE.
