Charitable objects

(I) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR REHABILITATION AND TRAINING. (II) TO PROVIDE RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, THAT THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH PERSONS MAY BE IMPROVED, SUCH PERSONS HAVING NEED OF THE FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR VISUAL HANDICAP.
