Charitable objects

(1) THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF PENN AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. (2) FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT AS THE TRUSTEE FROM TIME TO TIME THINKS FIT.
