1) THE UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE OF THE BURIAL GROUND DESCRIBED IN PART 1 OF THE SCHEDULE TO THIS SCHEME; AND
2) THE FURTHERANCE OF THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF GOSPEL STANDARD BAPTIST CHURCHES IN WILTSHIRE;
3) IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME OR EXPENDABLE ENDOWMENT OF THE CHARITY IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THE OBJECTS SPECIFIED IN SUB-CLAUSES 1 AND 2 THEN IT MAY BE USED FOR FURTHERING THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE GOSPEL STANDARD BAPTIST CHURCHES IN OXFORDSHIRE.
