TO FOSTER AND PROMOTE FACILITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE AND FOR SUCH PERSONS HAVING SPECIAL NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY, DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OF ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES AND WHICH WILL IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE COMMUNITY OR SUCH OTHER PERSONS BY PROMOTING THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL WELL BEING.
