Charitable objects

1) TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY. 2) IF AND INSOFAR AS THE CLUB IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THE OBJECT SPECIFIED IN (1), THE TRUSTEES MAY PERMIT IT TO BE USED BY ANY CHARITABLE ORGANISATION OPERATING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT ON SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
