TO PERMIT THE BUILDINGS BELONGING TO THE CHARITY TO BE USED BY THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF LITTLE WALDINGFIELD FOR HOLDING ENTERTAINMENT OR GIVING LECTURES THEREIN, OR FOR PUBLIC OR PRIVATE MEETINGS, AND WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS OR PRIVILEGES FOR RELIGIOUS BODIES OR POLITICAL PARTIES.
