APPRENTICING PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 TO SOME USEFUL TRADE OR OCCUPATION (A) AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS, BURSARIES, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS ENABLE AT ANY SECONDARY SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE OF EDUCATION OR OTHER PLACE OF LEARNING. (B) PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, OUTFITS, CLOTHING, TOOLS, INSTUMENTS OR BOOKS TO HELP BENEFICIARIES ON LEAVING SCHOOL A UNIVERSITY OR ANY OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT TO PREPARE FOR OR TO ENTER A PROFFESSION TRADE OR CALLING (C) AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS OR MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES TO ENABLE BENEFICIAREES TO TRAVEL ABROAD TO PURSUE THEIR EDUCATION (D) PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTACE TO ENABLE BENEFICIARIES TO STUDY MUSIC OR OTHER ARTS.
