Charitable objects
1) NOT MORE THAN ONE THIRD OF THE YEARLY INCOME OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE APPLIED AT ALL OR ANY OF THE COUNTY OR VOLUNTARY SCHOOLS OR COLLEGES SERVING THE TOWN OF HENLEY-ON-THAMES AND THE PARISHES OF BIX AND ROTHERFIELD GREYS, IN THE COUNTY OF OXFORDSHIRE AND THE COUNTY OF REMENHAM, IN THE ROYAL COUNTY OF BERKSHIRE INCLUDING KING JAMES'S COLLEGE OF HENLEY AND THE SOUTH OXFORDSHIRE TECHNICAL COLLEGE IN ONE OR BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:A) IN THE PROVISION OF RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND.B) IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY. 2)NOT MORE THAN ONE THIRD OF THE YEARLY INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED IN ASSISTING CHILDREN AND PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCAIL ASSISTANCE, WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA ABOVE. 3)THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE RESIDUE OF THE YEARLY INCOME IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS IN THESE AREAS IN SUCH WAYS AS THEY THINK FIT.
