SCHOLARSHIPS, BURSARIES OR MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES; ASSISTANCE TO ENTER A PROFESSION, TRADE OF CALLING, OR TO STUDY MUSIC OR OTHER ARTS; PROVISION OF SPECIAL FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING FOR THOSE RECEIVING PRIMARY, SECONDARY OR FURTHER EDUCATION.
