Charitable objects
(A) PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS AT THE CHARITY'S SCHOOL OR ANY OTHER MAINTAINED SCHOOL WHO OR WHOSE PARENTS LIVE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES AND THE GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL. (B) PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONSO UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO OR WHOSE PARENTS ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT OR WHO HAVE AT ANY TIME ATTENDED AS A PUPIL AT THE CHARITY'S SCHOOL OR ANY OTHER MAINTAINED SCHOOL IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
