SUCH YEARLY SUMS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT TO THE MANAGERS OF ST DAVID'S CHURCH OF ENGLAND PRIMARY SCHOOL FOR APPLICATION BY THEM IN DEFRAYING THE COST OF REPAIRING AND ALTERING THE SCHOOL PREMISES SO THAT THEY MAY CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMNTS OF THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944 TO 1973 AND THE REGULATIONS MADE THEREUNDER.
