Charitable objects
(A) TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION IN ACCORDANCE PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH SUPPORTING THE GUARDIANSHIP AND MAINTENANCE OF THE SHRINE OF OUR LADY OF WALSINGHAM. (B) TO ACQUIRE TAKE OVER AS A GOING CONCERN AND CARRY ON QUAINTON HALL SCHOOL NOW CARRIED ON AT HINDES ROAD, HARROW IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX WHICH IS DEDICATED TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND THE HONOUR OF OUR LADY OF WALSINGHAM AND IN PIOUS MEMORY OF AGNES EYDEN, AND ANY OTHER SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS OR COMBINATION OF SCHOOLS: TOGETHER WITH ALL OR ANY OF THE PROPERTY AND ASSETS REAL AND PERSONAL BELONGING TO OR USED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH AND TO ESTABLISH AND START A SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS AS THE CHARITY MAY DETERMINE. (C) THE CHARITY MAY AT THEIR DISCRETION CLOSE OR MOVE ANY ONE OF THE SCHOOLS AND SELL THE BUILDINGS AND PROPERTY UNDER THEIR CONTROL, BUT IN THAT CASE SHALL APPLY THE PROCEEDS TO ANOTHER OF THEIR SCHOOLS OR ESTABLISH AND START A NEW ONE; OR APPLY THE WHOLE OR ANY PART OF THE PROPERTY AND ASSETS OF SUCH SCHOOL IN ACCORDANCE WITH CLAUSE 2 (A). (D) TO CARRY ON ANY OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE WORK WHICH MAY SEEM TO THE CHARITY CAPABLE OF BEING CONVENIENTLY CARRIED ON IN CONNECTION WITH THE ABOVE.
