Charitable objects
(I) TO PROTECT THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF INDIVIDUAL POOR PERSONS WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN HELD IN DETENTION PENDING THEIR TRIAL OR AFTER THEIR CONVICTIONS; (II) TO ASSIST THE REHABILITATION OF SUCH PERSONS.
