Charitable objects
1. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BOTH IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ELSEWHERE IN THE ARTS AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) THE PERFORMING ARTS OF MUSIC AND DRAMA IN ALL THEIR FORMS BY ALL SUCH LAWFUL MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT. 2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC GENERALLY BOTH IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ELSEWHERE BY ALL SUCH LAWFUL MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN SCHOLARSHIPS BURSARIES AND AWARDS TO BE AWARDED FOR PROFICIENCY IN DRAMA MUSIC AND/OR THE DRAMATIC OR ANCILLARY PERFORMING ARTS. 3.
