TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE ENCOURAGEMENT AND PROMOTION OF GOOD DESIGN AND FINE CRAFTSMANSHIP PARTICULARLY OF NEW AND ORIGINAL WORK AND FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND ENHANCEMENT OF THE HIGH STANDARDS OF DESIGN AND CRAFTSMANSHIP THE FOSTERING OF PUBLIC UNDERSTANDING AND THE INTEREST THEREIN AND THE TRAINING AND EDUCATION OF NEW YOUNG DESIGNER CRAFTSMEN.
