Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS IN THE SUCCESSOR PARISH OF SANDWICH TO ESTABLISH A COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND FOR THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF THE SAID PUBLIC.
