Charitable objects
(A) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY ESTABLISHING A PRIZE FUND AT SHEFFIELD HALLAM UNIVERSITY IN THE NAME OF JAMES L BEVERLEY
(B) TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO ASSIST CHILDREN OR STUDENTS IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THEIR EDUCATION
(C) TO PROVIDE FUND TO ASSIST IN THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN WHO HAVE SUFFERED OR ARE SUFFERING FROM MENTAL OR PHYSICAL ABUSE AND
(D) FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE
