THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE ALL OR ANY PURPOSES WHICH ARE DEEMED TO BE CHARITABLE BY LAW, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY FACILITATING THE RECYCLING AND DISTRIBUTION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT AND TRAINING TO VARIOUS PARTS OF THE WORLD WHERE IT IS NEEDED, AND CAN BE USED, TO BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY.
