Charitable objects

1. TO RESTORE PRESERVE REPAIR MAINTAIN IMPROVE BEAUTIFY AND RECONSTRUCT THE BUILDING, ITS FITTINGS AND CONTENTS. 2. IN THE EVENT OF THE BUILDING BEING DECLARED REDUNDANT BY A PASTORAL SCHEME MAD UNDER THE PASTORAL MEASURE ACT 1983 (OR ANY STATUTORY MODIFICATION OR RE-ENACTMENT THEREOF) OR OTHERWISE CEASING TO BE USED REGULARLY FOR PUBLIC WORSHIP THEN FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE OF THE COUNTY TO RESTORE PRESERVE REPAIR MAINTAIN IMPROVE BEAUTIFY AND RECONSTRUCT THE BUILDING AS A BUILDING OF HISTORICAL IMPORTANCE OR ARCHITECTURAL VALUE TOGETHER WITH ITS FITTINGS AND CONTENTS.
