3) TO PROMOTE HEALTHY AND ECONOMICALLY VIABLE COMMUNITIES THROUGH DIRECT WORK IN THE COMMUNITY.
4) TO WORK CO-OPERATIVELY AND IN PARTNERSHIP TO ACHIEVE OBJECTIVES 1-3.
