3.The Charity?s objects (?the Objects?) are the relief of those persons in the Borough of Darlington and its surrounding areas, who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress, in particular by the provision of a centre from which advice, support, training and other activities are delivered to help them towards wellbeing and work.
