Charitable objects
(1)THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE:
(A) THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ACCOMMODATION FOR BENEFICIARIES , IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER OF PREFERENCE:
[I] AT LEAST 12 HOMES TO BE PROVIDED FOR BENEFICIARIES DESCRIBED AT 1 (I) ABOVE; AND
[II] AT LEAST 2 HOMES TO BE PROVIDED FOR BENEFICIARIES DESCRIBED AT 1 (2) ABOVE.
(B) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS AS THE TRUSTEES DECIDE.
