TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE SICK, DISABLED OR OTHERWISE IN NEED IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND SO TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE: 1) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME ACTIVITY; 2) THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
