1) TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, THE TRUST PROPERTY AND ANY OTHER FEATURES OF THE PARISH OF KINGSKERSWELL IN THE DIOCESE OF EXETER IN THE COUNTY OF DEVON AS ARE OF SPECIAL HISTORICAL OR ARCHITECTURAL INTEREST
2) TO PROMOTE ANY SUCH PROPERTY REFERRED TO IN THE PARAGRAPH (1) AS HERITAGE SITES FOR EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL PURPOSES.
3) GENERALLY TO EDUCATE AND TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES TO ENHANCE HISTORICAL AND OTHER KNOWLEDGE OF THE SAID PARISH OF KINGSKERSWELL.
