THE RELIEF OF PERSONS EXPERIENCING MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS, INCLUDING ALCOHOL AND DRUGS, IN THE COUNTIES OF GWYNEDD, CONWY, FLINTSHIRE, CEREDIGION, ANGLESEY AND NORTH POWYS; IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT SO AS TO LIMIT THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, BY: A) THE PROVISION OF AN INFORMATION SERVICE ON MENTAL HEALTH AND RELATED ISSUES, B) PROMOTING GOOD PRACTICE IN MENTAL HEALTH BY WORKING TOGETHER WITH VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS, SERVICE USERS, STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AND CARERS ENGAGED IN PROVIDING MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES.” (2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES
