THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND IT'S INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") IN THE CITY OF KINGSTON UPON HULL (" THE AREA OF THE BENEFIT") TO ADVANCE
THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PERSONS ( AGED UP TO 25 YEARS ) RESIDENT IN THE CITY BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE SUCH YOUNG PERSONS AS ARE IN NEED TO TRAVEL ABROAD SO TO ENHANCE THEIR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AS INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS OF SOCIETY ("THE OBJECTS") AND THE VALUE OF THE ASSISTANCE PROVIDED SHALL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES.
