Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") IN THE PARISH OF BURTON LATIMER ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT"); FOR THE PRESERVATION, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE FABRIC OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF ST. MARY THE VIRGIN AND OF THE FITTINGS, FIXTURES, FURNITURE, ORNAMENTS AND CHATTELS IN THE CHURCH BELONGING TO THE CHURCH.
