TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF YOUNG PERSONS, LIVING IN THE BOROUGH OF BOURNEMOUTH AND POOLE, AGED 13 OR OVER AND WHO HAVE BEEN CONVICTED ON A CRIMINAL OFFENCE OR LACK THE OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE TO OTHERS, SO THAT SUCH PERSONS MAY DEVELOP AS RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS, MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND BECOME BETTER EQUIPPED TO MAKE A USEFUL AND RESPONSIBLE PLACE IN THE COMMUNITY.
