1) TO OWN THE PROPERTY OR PROPERTIES TO BE USED BY EMMAUS SCHOOL LTD (CHARITY REG NO 1073476) IN FURTHERANCE OF ITS OBJECTS (TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE BY THE PROVISION OF A SCHOOL AND SUPPORT FOR PARENTS UNDERTAKING HOME-SCHOOLING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINAL BASIS OF THE 1689 BAPTIST CONFESSION OF FAITH.) 2) IN THE EVENT OF EMMAUS SCHOOL NOT REQUIRING THE TRUST AND BUILDINGS, THE BUILDINGS ARE TO BE USED FOR CHRISTIAN EDUCATION OR A PLACE OF WORSHIP ON THE ABOVE DOCTRINAL BASIS.
