(A) TO PROMOTE SUCH PURPOSES AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE CHARITY MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE; AND (B) WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE ABOVE, TO PROMOTE MAINTAIN IMPROVE ENCOURAGE THE DEVELOPMENT OF AND ADVANCE EDUCATION IN THE ARTS OF ALL DESCRIPTIONS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC.
