THE COMPANY'S OBJECTS ARE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF ILFORD COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF AMENITIES, FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT OR OTHER ITEMS NOT FINANCED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY OR OTHER STATUTORY PROVISION.
