(B)FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE PROMOTION OF THE VOLUNTARY SECTOR BY ASSISTING LOCAL VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS TO ASSOCIATE, IRRESPECTIVE OF RACE, FAITH, CULTURE, GENDER OR POLITICAL OPINION, TO OFFER PASTORAL SUPPORT.
