Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECT ('THE OBJECTS'): TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS OF UCKFIELD COMMUNITY COLLEGE (HEREINAFTER CALLED 'THE COLLEGE') AND PARTNER PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES, PROVIDED THAT NO SUCH PROVISION SHALL RELIEVE OR DUPLICATE THE STATUTORY OBLIGATIONS OF THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY (LEA) OR THE DEPARTMENT FOR EDUCATION AND SKILLS (DFES).
