TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF FENNY BENTLEY AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, AND GENERALLY TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE CHARACTER AND AMENITIES OF THE SID AREA OF BENEFIT, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF NEW AMENITIES WHEN REQUIRED AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
