(A) IN SUCH MANNER OR TO SUCH OBJECTS AS I SHALL BE MEMORANDUM DIRECT (B) AND IN DEFAULT OF SUCH MEMORANDUM THE COMPANY SHALL DISTRIBUTE THE SAID INCOME TO THE BRITISH FEDERATION OF FESTIVALS FOR MUSIC DANCE AND SPEECH OF FESTIVALS HOUSE 198 PARK LANE MACCLESFIELD CHESHIRE SK11 6UD AND IN SUCH AMOUNT OR AMOUNTS AS IT SHALL IN ITS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT (C) ALL SUCH PAYMENTS SHALL BE MADE IN MEMORY OF THE LATE ELIZABETH ELEANOR GWYNN WILLIAMS AND SHALL BE MADE ONLY TO UNITED KINGDOM CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS ARE DEFINED IN SECTION 272 OF THE INHERITANCE TAX ACT 1984 AND SECTION 506 (I) OF THE TAXES ACT 1988
