THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS IN GRAHAMSTOWN AND THE SURROUNDING REGION OF THE EASTERN CAPE, SOUTH AFRICA:-
FOR THE BENEFIT OR FURTHERANCE OF CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES, IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
