Charitable objects
TO PROVIDE A HALL FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF KELD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WITH FACILITIES FOR MEETINGS, RECREATION AND SPORTING USE OR FOR VISITORS TO THE AREA IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
