(A) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY AND DEVELOPMENT OF RAILWAY LOCOMOTION BY THE MAINTENANCE IN WORKING ORDER OF THE RAILWAY LINE SITUATED BETWEEN ELSECAR HERITAGE CENTRE AND HEMINGFIELD HALT AND ANY EXTENSION WHICH MAY NOW OR LATER BE ADDED (B) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE RAILWAY LINE, AND TO PRESERVE THE ROLLING STOCK, TRACK AND OVERALL CHARACTER OF THE RAILWAY.
