THE RELIEF OF NECESSITOUS PROTESTANT NON-CONFORMIST CHRISTIAN MINISTERS WHO HAVE SERVED IN THE COUNTY OF SUFFOLK WHETHER AS FULL TIME OR PART TIME MINISTERS AND WHETHER STILL ENGAGED IN THE MINISTRY IN THE COUNTY OR ELSEWHERE OR RETIRED OR PREVENTED FROM CONTINUING THEIR MINISTRY THROUGH AGE OR INFIRMITY AND THE WIDOWS WIDOWERS CHILDREN OR OTHER DEPENDANTS OF SUCH PERSONS.
