TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF POVERTY SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AMONGST YOUNG PERSONS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 13 TO 25 REGARDLESS OF THEIR RACE COLOUR CREED OR DISABILITY IN THE AREA OF DUNSTABLE AND HOUGHTON REGIS BY THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A COUNSELLING ADVICE AND INFORMATION SERVICE WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH AGE INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
