FACILITATED IN SUCH WAYS AND BY SUCH MEANS, INCLUDING MODERN MEANS OF COMMUNICATION, AS THE ASSOCIATION SEES FIT
FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF WORCESTER AND THE PUBLIC.
