Terminus Cafe & Shop - good food, used goods and meeting place. Weekly Youth Cafe. Befriending of asylum seekers & refugees through Women's Conversation Club and practical support. Partnership with Sheffield City Council to deliver Healthy Communities Programme from our Healthy Living Centre. Partnership working with other groups to serve the communities of Lowedges, Batemoor & Jordanthorpe.

MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED 19 AUGUST 2004 AS AMENDED BY WRITTEN RESOLUTION DATED 8 MARCH 2006.
Charitable objects
TO FURTHER SUCH PURPOSES AS ARE CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY ADVANCING CHRISTIAN FAITH AND WITNESS (IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF BELIEFS ATTACHED TO THIS MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION ) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN LOWEDGES BY: (3.1) DEVELOPING SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES WHICH WILL HELP TO ADDRESS THE PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL NEEDS OF ALL SECTIONS OF THE COMMUNITY; (3.2) WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH LOCAL RESIDENTS, VOLUNTARY AND COMMUNITY AGENCIES AND STATUTORY SERVICE PROVIDERS TO HELP MEET THE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY; (3.3) COMPLEMENTING EXISTING SERVICES TO DRUG USERS AND EX-USERS BY PROVIDING SPIRITUAL SUPPORT AND COUNSEL AS APPROPRIATE; AND (3.4) CONTRIBUTING TO THE REDUCTION OF CRIME AND ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR BY ASSISTING IN PROMOTING PUBLIC CONFIDENCE AND STRENGTHENING COMMUNITY SPIRIT.
