FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND AND ELSEWHERE AS THE CHARITY IN ITS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL THINK FIT, TO THE INTENT THAT, BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, THE PRINCIPLE AREA OF ACTIVITY OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE IN THE MERSEYSIDE AREA.
