B) TO PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL OR NON-RESIDENTIAL CARE FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS WITHIN A JEWISH RELIGIOUS ENVIRONMENT;
C) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND CARE NEEDS OF JEWISH CHILDREN AND JEWISH YOUNG ADULTS.
