TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND IN FURTHERANCE THEREOF (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY); (3.1) TO ESTABLISH AND OPERATE AN ACCELERATED PROGRAMME TO DEVELOP MIDDLE LEADER TEACHERS, AND HIGH QUALITY INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE CURRENTLY NOT IN THE SCHOOLS TEACHING SYSTEM, WHO ARE SUITED TO BECOMING HEADTEACHERS, DEPUTY HEADTEACHERS AND ASSISTANT HEADTEACHERS IN URBAN AREAS (ALSO KNOWN AS THE "FUTURE LEADERS PROGRAMME"); AND (3.2) TO RECRUIT, TRAIN, DEVELOP, ASSIST, PLACE AND SUPPORT THE PARTICIPANTS OF THE FUTURE LEADERS PROGRAMME.
