(A) THE RELIEF AND OVERCOMING OF POVERTY AND FINANCIAL HARDSHIP ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING LEGAL ADVICE, ASSISTANCE AND REPRESENTATION TO THOSE WHO CANNOT AFFORD SUCH ADVICE, ASSISTANCE OR REPRESENTATION; AND
(B) TO EDUCATE AND INFORM THE PUBLIC, GOVERNMENTS AND, IN PARTICULAR, THOSE WITHIN THE LEGAL COMMUNITY, ABOUT ISSUES CONCERNING POVERTY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND THE RELIEF THEREOF.
